*I authorize Ugly Duckling Oboes to bill my credit card on the 1st day of each month.

*The first 3 months rental is non-refundable.

*A $15 fee will be added if the funds are not available in the

account and will be charged to your credit card.

*A damaged or lost oboe will have a replacement charge.
